VCT is a TAG Holdings company. TAG companies provide a variety of products and services to a wide range of vertical markets. In 2007 the group of companies had revenues of $605M. Projected revenues for 2008 are $750M. The enterprise employs 450 associates in the USA, China and Korea.

Building on Our History
VCT, a joint venture between Freudenberg-NOK (FNOK) and TAG Holdings, began operations in January 2002. VCT, FNOK's first joint venture with a minority enterprise, is unique in that VCT represents 100% of FNOK's TVD business and is built around an emerging technology.
VCT operates the former FNOK's Vibracoustic TVD manufacturing plant in Ligonier, Indiana and has sales and technical facilities in Plymouth, Michigan. Vibracoustic North America, the world's largest automotive vibration control entity, supports the joint venture with product design and development.
The VCT manufacturing facility is the recipient of the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing which recognizes world-class achievements in manufacturing, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. The award culminated the investment of 31,000 hours in continuous improvement activities which resulted in VCT achieving 100% on-time delivery and a 48% scrap reduction.
The Ligonier facility is ISO 9000:9001, ISO 14001 and TS16949 certified.
